• Prepare quotes and arrange and deliver our staging and styling services.

We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to run this website and respond to you:

• Resend, which delivers the emails generated by our contact form.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.

These providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not otherwise disclose your information to any third party unless the law requires it.

Storage and security

Enquiries reach us as email and are kept in our inbox. We do not store enquiries in a separate customer database. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected.

Access, correction, and unsubscribing

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@dekore.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. To stop receiving mailing-list updates, use the unsubscribe option in any update or email us and we will remove you.
